2. What we collect
- Reservation form: name, email, phone, vehicle description, message.
- Analytics: anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity — only after you accept cookies.
- Server logs: IP address and user-agent, retained for security purposes.
3. Why we process it
- To process your reservation request and contact you about the Founders Edition (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps).
- To measure and improve our site (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent via the cookie banner).
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Sharing
We share data only with processors strictly necessary to operate the service: hosting and email providers, Google (Analytics), Meta (Pixel) and Microsoft (Clarity). We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Reservation enquiries: up to 24 months. Accounting records: 10 years as required by Czech law. Analytics: see provider defaults (typically 14 months for GA4).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ). To exercise any right, email jan.plomer@classic-car.cz.
7. International transfers
Some processors (Google, Meta, Microsoft) may transfer data outside the EEA under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
