1. Provider

CLASSIC CAR SERVICES s.r.o., Bohdana Týbla 188, 341 92 Kašperské Hory, Czech Republic, IČ 238 01 212, operator of the AUGEMO product and the augemo.com website.

2. Founders Edition reservation

Submitting the reservation form is a non-binding expression of interest. It does not create a purchase contract and does not require payment. Following submission we will contact you to confirm vehicle compatibility, indicative price, delivery slot and next steps. A binding order is concluded only after a separate written confirmation and payment of an agreed deposit.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on the site are indicative, include applicable VAT for end customers and may be adjusted based on the final hardware configuration and the customer's vehicle.

4. Delivery

Founders Edition units are scheduled for delivery from Q3 2026. We ship within the European Union; deliveries outside the EU are possible on request and may carry additional duties and taxes paid by the recipient.

5. Warranty & returns

Statutory consumer rights under Czech and EU law apply. Hardware is covered by a 24-month warranty for consumers. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications (e.g. vehicle-specific configurations).

6. Liability

AUGEMO is an auxiliary monitoring system. It does not replace regular maintenance, inspection or the driver's judgement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights held by the provider or its licensors.

8. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Consumer disputes may be submitted to the Czech Trade Inspection (ČOI) via adr.coi.cz.
